β How the converter works
The kitchen converter translates recipe measures β cups, spoons, grams and milliliters β using ingredient density. One cup of flour and one cup of water weigh differently, and the calculator accounts for that.
Supported ingredients: water, milk, flour, sugar, oil, salt and rice. A cup is taken as 250 ml.

- Sift flour and sugar and do not pack them β cup weight can vary by 10β15%.
